The Boston Cream Hole-some is free of gluten, just not certified. The Cookie Butter Hole-some has gluten. Future products will support varying dietary needs. Just check all labels for allergens. These products are made in a facility that processes wheat, peanut and other tree nuts. 

Vegetarians, yes. Vegans, not at the moment. We use dairy ingredients. 

They do not need to be refrigerated. Just keep them cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Suggestions: pantry, desk drawer, gym bag … pocket … mouth?

Let's assume you are talking about your Hole-somes. Each donut bite is crafted in a small-batch facility where we embrace the hands-on baking process instead of relying on machines. This means every Hole-some might be a unique shape - you may see a flying saucer or female body part … What matters most? They taste amazing and power your fitness journey. So, enjoy the variety – it's all part of the fun!
