Classic Shake
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Be Good Bakery Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- 8oz water or milk of your choice
DIRECTIONS:
Mix 8oz of water or milk of your choice with 2 scoops of protein powder. Shake or blend, and enjoy.
Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Be Good Bakery Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- 210g frozen fruit
- 300g cashew milk
- 1/4 tsp guar gum
- approximately 4 cups ice
DIRECTIONS:
Add protein powder, frozen fruit, milk, and guar gum to food processor. Blend. Begin to add ice until a thick, shake-like consistency is reached. Place in freezer to firm up if desired.
Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 4 scoops Be Good Bakery Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- 1 egg
- 60ml egg whites
- 5g cocoa powder
- 3 tbs coconut flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- splash of cashew milk
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all of the ingredients together to form a thick batter. Spread onto preheated pan and cook.
