  • 2 ½ scoops Be Good Bakery Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder 
  • 30g coconut flour
  • 95g unsweetened apple sauce
  • 6.5g cashew milk 
  • 1 ½ (7ml) tsp butter extract 
  • 20 grams chocolate chips


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine protein powder and coconut flour. 
  2. Add unsweetened apple sauce and cashew milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Stir in butter extract to infuse the cookie dough with a rich and buttery flavor.
  4. Gently fold chocolate chips into the cookie dough mixture. Ensure even distribution for a chocolatey burst in every bite.
  5. If the dough is too dry, add a little more cashew milk, one teaspoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached. The dough should be moist and easily moldable.
