PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH

Ingredients:
- 5 scoops Be Good Bakery Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- 30g coconut flour
- 95g unsweetened apple sauce
- 6.5g cashew milk
- 1 ½ (7ml) tsp butter extract
- 20 grams chocolate chips
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine protein powder and coconut flour.
- Add unsweetened apple sauce and cashew milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Stir in butter extract to infuse the cookie dough with a rich and buttery flavor.
- Gently fold chocolate chips into the cookie dough mixture. Ensure even distribution for a chocolatey burst in every bite.
- If the dough is too dry, add a little more cashew milk, one teaspoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached. The dough should be moist and easily moldable.
