PROTEIN ICE CREAM
Yields: 1 Serving
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Be Good Bakery Vanilla Milkshake protein powder
- 210g frozen fruit of choice
- 300g cashew milk
- ¼ tsp (1ml) guar gum
- Roughly 4 cups ice
Directions:
- In a high-powered blender, add protein powder, frozen fruit, cashew milk, guar gum, and ice and blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, and the ice is fully incorporated. This takes some time, so be patient!
- Check consistency and, if needed, add more ice and blend until the ice cream reaches your desired thickness. If the ice cream is too thick, add more cashew milk and blend.
- Add desired toppings and enjoy.
