Directions:

  1. In a high-powered blender, add protein powder, frozen fruit, cashew milk, and guar gum and blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. 
  2. Gradually add the ice to the blender, blending on medium to high speed until the ice is fully incorporated and the mixture thickens. 
  3. Check consistency and, if needed, add more ice and blend until the ice cream reaches your desired thickness.
  4. Add desired toppings and enjoy!
