PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS
Yields: 1 Serving
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Be Good Bakery Vanilla Milkshake protein powder
- 45g rolled oats
- 70g cashew milk
- 65g 0% fat Greek yogurt
- ½ tbsp (7.4 ml) chia seeds
- 15g PB2, mixed with water to consistency of peanut butter (optional)
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) sugar free maple syrup (optional)
- Fresh fruit of choice (optional)
Directions:
- Add oats, protein powder, chia seeds, cashew milk, and Greek yogurt in a resealable glass jar or container. The oats will expand in size by double, so make sure that you have at least 50% extra room in your container.
- Stir the ingredients together or seal the container and shake until ingredients are combined into a uniform creamy texture.
- Refrigerate overnight to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken. You can store your protein oats in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- Before serving, top with fruit of choice and drizzle with PB2 mixture or sugar free maple syrup, if desired.
